Ordered a breaker from Westshore Controls, and then received breaker, my end client decided they did not require the breaker, tried to send the breaker back, but was informed with a 50% restocking fee on a 9,000 USD breaker. Decided to keep breaker and try to use it for a future project. Opened shipping crate, breaker was not in crate, but another order. Could not get a hold of anyone at Westshore to rectify the problem. Was told they would credit. I sent the breaker back on my own dime, and they wouldn't receive it, had to pay additional fees for shipping company to hold package. 3 months later after shipping incorrect order back, still no refund. Steer clear of this business!
