After making an appointment on Tuesday, I was seen within 48 hours. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very professional in checking me in, and updating my file. -- No wait Within a few minutes I was shown into an examining room. Dr. Schwartz appeared within a couple of minutes and examined my ear problem, and provided a remedy. It was suggested that I return for a subsequent follow up, which was booked immediately by the support staff This was a very pleasant experience, handled expeditiously by the support staff, and I received great professional attention. Thank you, Thank you all

The heartless customer service behind the counter is hard to believe. If you want to be treated less than human, that's the place to go. I've had 2 visits there, just as dissapointing. Please love yourself enough to seek elsewhere. I would suggest IMSL clinic, or Glen Hospital. Anywhere else. You can even call various places and get different apt just to make sure you find the right one. ALSO email your doctor referral, bcz they keep it, and you wont be able to use it anywhere else.

I developed a sudden ENT-related condition and was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Véronique Forest. She was easy to approach, attentive and very professional. What was also noticeable was the dedication of the administrative staff towards the patients. Overall, a really good experience with the ENT Specialty Group!

Pathetic experience I had with Dr Hier, without understanding just looking at the referral he asked me to come back when I am choking or in 2 years . I would have given a minus rating if there was one.
