Dr.Starr very simply put is a star! Takes the time necessary, sincere, patient at explaining and ultracompetent. I was referred to him and it was supposed to be a single consultation, since he was maxed out on patients, but I asked and he took me on , despite his incredibly busy schedule. Such a nice human being!

They might as well have hired pinocchio to manage their clinic. 1- Dr Alaa is going on a maternity leave ( true-ish) 2- She's retiring sorry. 3- Oh she'll be there but she won't see you. She'll attend the visit. None of that was true. She was there but I saw her assistant or whoever that was. The assistant knew how to frame the issues but she seemed to be confused as to what to do. It took her about an hour to conclude that she can't help me. Sadly enough, seeing her struggle with a computer and be confused with medical terms made me realize within ten minutes that she probably couldn't help herself if her life depended on it.
