I have already left one review but I feel I should leave another one.... I can say nothing but good about this company.... The employees that are working their butts off have never been anything short of amazing when dealing with me, and one that sticks out is Bertrand B., who goes well above and beyond his normal scope of duty’s to the company to make SURE that whatever problems I might be having get dealt with as soon as humanly possible, and then makes sure to double check to see that everything is going smoothly....Their products are amazing, I have the Flex and it’s an awesome piece of technology for our day and age.... If I wanted to I could go to South America to take a payment, and it is fast and reliable.... All around amazing company with amazing employees, thank you so very much Mondo!!!!

Mike and his team are very helpful. Great rates and even better customer service. Just added 7 terminals and everything was organized and set up correctly the first time. Highly recommend
I can relate my experience with the other reviews . The rep hanged up on me while I said no in a nice manner and that I didnt want him to waste his time or mines after receiving a few phone calls from him.
We were very skeptical about talking to another credit card company. We haven't had great experiences in the past and were quite honestly sick of all the phone calls to switch. But Michael was relentless and because of his perseverance it ended up being a good experience. The Mondo support team was readily available and helped us all with the initial set up and hiccups with getting two locations up and running and accessing reports for both locations. I love that I can call them and have a support person readily available. Also I found all 3 of the support people that I had helping me at different times were understanding, spoke clearly and were a pleasure to deal with - koodoos!!!
Very pushy broker. Does not listen, just repeats sales pitch to wrong person - and when told person making decision would contact him IF interested and please stop calling - he DOES NOT LISTEN.
Everyone was very helpful when we switched over to Mondo, from our previous supplier. The transition went smoothly and they helped with all of the little details. We are also saving a bunch of money on our processing fees. I would highly recommend using Mondo as your new merchant providers.
I was a difficult client for Michael Nemeroff to bring on board. I thought that I had a very good rate through my industry association. I was also very tired of all the card processors who called me everyday and who failed to show any savings when I put in the work to analyze their offers. The MondoPayments sales team was different. Mark was very professional in his initial call, and our follow-up with Michael answered all our questions.
