Watching these guys erecting the Edmonton Valley Line catenary system has been a painful experience. While TransEd announced the energizing of the wires to 28 Ave, 1 month later WPE crews are actually disconnecting feeder cables and removing droppers and it looks like they're going to take their 3rd shot at properly building the curve from 66 St to 28 Ave. What a joke. Call in someone like Enmax or EPCOR who can actually build LRT OCS and not a company that's transit electrifcation experience seems to be limited to working with solid conductor rails on the Skytrain.
