There service was excellent . I dropped my truck of to be fixed . I got it back quickly within 7 days. They went out of there way and cleaned my truck inside and out. I was really impressed. Every time I went into the shop they were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Thank you western auto body for the awesome service

These guys ordered the wrong bumper for my car twice... for two different vehicles. The second vehicle I had brought it down there, they had it for 3 days while I drove a rental just for them to call me and tell me they ordered the wrong part so I had to go retrieve my car until they got their ducks in a row. I don't understand how they made this mistake twice - isn't there part numbers for these things? I asked SGI if I could switch shops, they said it was too late because WA had already re-ordered the bumper. When they did finally get the correct part in, they told me it would only take an hour to complete. It took 3 hours. There is nothing wrong with the actual autobody work that they did from what I can see, just terrible service and a waste of time all around. Take your business elsewhere.

Called 2 weeks ago, week before Sept long weekend. Spoke to Ann. She was getting someone to look for our parts in their warehouse. She sent someone over to look for them and let me know he couldn't find them. Their partsman was to return to work on the Tues after the long weekend. She would ask him to locate the parts and would call me. Still waiting for the call.
