After giving a one star review over my shopping experience one employee turned that around the other day by making things right. I will not name the sales associate from the first experience or get into just how badly he made things go. What I will suggest is if you go to Sleep Country West Kelowna you deal with Ken. His product knowledge exceeded our expectations, he has extensive experience in the business. Delivery was professional, assembled in minutes.

Do not buy from Sleep Country if you expect to use their credit system. In my opinion it is completely false advertising, inefficient and a waste of your time. I have pristine credit and they only granted 1,000 and to have it raised would require a 3rd check. I checked my Credit Alert account when I got home to confirm my rating was over 800.

This store is terrible and so is sleep country. I would never buy a mattress here again. I bought a mattress 1 year ago and the foam already is ruined and has no support. The store referred me to sleep country's customer service warranty line which is no help, sent in all the required pictures, and the warranty was rejected. Do not buy from here.
