The repairs performed were satisfactory but the time it took was quite over the top. I understand they had to outsource the repairs of some parts to another shop, but it's still quite a bit longer than I'd find acceptable. Overall, it was around 10 days. Repairs were less extensive than I thought they'd be but since I needed to put the vehicle back on the road, I had no choice to accept it and move on. But person who I was in contact (Jayme) was nice and kept me updated on the status.

Got into an accident...the estimate was quick, parts weren't too far, and they got me in for repairs within a couple days. My insurance covered a rental too, so it didn't feel like I was out a car. Got my vehicle back within a week and it looks great!
