Finally had a day to go grab a bank card because I lost my wallet with all my ID and my bank card and teller refused to even consider finding away around it. Now I have no bus fare so I get to work for the rest of the week and no money to buy my son the food I desperately need. How is there not a way around it when the main cause is losing wallets?!?!?!?! I’ve been going to that exact bank for over 6 years you’d think that would count for anything.

There was a line of 7 customers outside when i arrived. 2 or 3 more in the store. I assumed the tellers were busy. 20 mins later when i finally got in, i was shocked to see only 1 teller, while 4 other ladies talked in the back room. I stood for another 7 mins inside and just watched them all until one finally came out snd took my deposit. The people outside were not 6 feet away, tellers didnt masks, customer service was horrible. Ill avoid this location from now on.
The front end staff are great; however, the bank may as well be mafia. The billions that they get quarterly is based on taking zero risk to help those that deserve the help with excellent credit. I am pulling our mortgage and accounts as soon as possible. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
Honestly not my favorite. I'll edit this afternoon. One more visit to give this place one last chance. Made 2 online appointments since covid 19 online it said it was a phone appointment. And it never happened.
