Highly recommended. I have been working with Sasan and his team at Vancouver Rental Agency for several years. After years of jumping around with different property managers for my investment properties I have finally been able to consolidate them under Sasan’s property management company. His team of property managers are very responsive, professional and experienced. They are very diligent when it comes to placing qualified tenants and keeping me in the loop along the way. Sasan, Is one of those rare individuals that actually cares for people. I find him and his team, very responsive , sincere and honest. Every time , there is anything needed to get repaired or replaced he would not only respond immediately , but also he would follow up several times, afterwards to make sure the job was done right. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend him and his team for their services.
I’m quite happy with the services I received throughout the years since 2015 from Sasan, who deals with my tenants directly and takes care of all the repairs and maintenance requests for my condo. I know that he goes above and beyond to get the jobs done. In the past year, my strata issued me two notices of bylaw infraction by mistakes, and both times Sasan stepped in to assist me in dealing with the building property management company to get the strata retract the notices and reverse the fines. I highly recommend Sasan and his team if you are looking for someone to look after your rental properties.
