Waiting long time there is no cashier around and just 1 cashier works sucks bad experience here definitely not recommend this place

Came in to get a pair of shoes, found the perfect ones on their advertised in stock sale section, only to be told they lost the pair months ago.
I was waiting for a person to help me find size and there was absolutely no one at the nike, adidas, under armour section, and others did not want to help finding someone. Terrible customer service.
My family, and a friend, had excellent service in recently buying two electric bikes from the Park Royal location. While we found everyone nice courteous we particularly appreciated the patience and helpfulness of Jorge (who i think is the head of the Department - Hard Goods?) and also Adam, a technician we spoke to. We were so impressed that i wanted to post this review which i don't do often.
The one staff was helpful in finding our product in the back for us. The store was not busy when we went and there were at least 5 staff working, but only one at the till. With only one person in line in front of us, we waited for over 15 minutes while the staff at the till would call for assistance from other staff to do a price check or item retrieval, a staff would come up and assist him, look at the lineup of people waiting to pay, and walk away. None of the 4 staff that came up to help the cashier or just walked by felt the need to help or to better serve the long line of customers waiting to pay. Seemingly poorly managed.
Jorge was extremely friendly, helpful and professional in helping me purchase my ebike. My experience on the phone plus the time in the store with Jorge and his team was pleasant and efficient. I would recommend purchasing items at this store if you are seeking satisfaction!
