One of the employees in the post office made fun of a deaf customer in front of his face telling him to “hurry up” repeatedly because she was getting off her shift soon. The customer did not react which I found odd since it was a pretty rude thing to do to someone, but then when her coworker tried to explain the cost to the guest she laughed and explained that the guest was deaf and wouldn’t hear him. The two laughed together and it just made for a really uncomfortable environment. The sign on the back of the post office says to “keep kind” most likely directed at rude customers which I completely understand but it seems like your employees cannot keep it kind either. I understand not liking your job, and wanting to go home but using someone’s disability as a way to get away with making fun of them is never appropriate.

Horrible service. The post office employee took a break for god knows how long and didn’t come back for at least 45 mins that we were there. His clock showed that he should have been back at 6:50 and we were served at 8 pm (they close at 9). 3 people waiting for him and when one old gentleman told him that he had been waiting since he was gone and he replied: ok. The gentleman had to repeat what he said until he received the most fake apology: sorry about that. Not to mention, that when I mailed my sister’s citizenship files, he had no idea what he was doing, he had me pay for the mail, and THEN asked the manager whether it was the right mail or not. I will add that when I sent my own application, the other employee gave me another shipping, which she said should be used for important documents. Now, I’m not even sure my sister’s application were sent correctly or not. If you want terrible service, 45min wait time for a guy who takes a break until closing time, and have your shipments end up somewhere else, this is your spot. Good luck.

We have prescription from doctor which is 2 tablets and covered by Farm Car Insurance,but they give me this which is 12 tablets and not prescription and not included in the insurance. Next time I will choose another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience in my life. The lady forgot to order the medication for my 82 year old father. After a week when I went there to pick up the medication, she said that she didn't order it and instead of applogizing, rudely, she said that \it is what it is.\ When I discussed the matter with the pharmacist, she said that she was not sure if I was telling the truth to order the medicine! Like I was that bored to go pick up a medicine which i had never ordered! I am sure they wouldn't handle the pharmacy like that if it was a private pharmacy and belonged to them. I feel sorry for Shoppers Drug Mart customers having to deal with this kind of poor customer service. I have changed my pharmacy since and will never walk in to one Shoppers Drug Mart any more! Good luck Shoppers Drug Mart!

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought the Vera Wong Perfume (19). I arrived home, spraid the perfume and my skin and it smells like NOTHING. I kept the receipt and went in the day back request for (at the least) and exchange. The \manager\ said that its the perfume smell (water?)... yelled to me... I was with my child. Very disrespectful!!!! They should have trained the people there... TERRIBLE MANAGER.
