Worst place to shop their online service is horrible. Ordered something online for my wedding took 2 months to come and wasn't even what I ordered d when I wanted to ship it back they said there is a label to print but there was nothing found on their website had to pay 60 to ship back my item and still they said it takes 15 days to get my money. They don't give any service on the phone. I called and was on hold for hours every-time I called. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM This company doesn't deserve to be still in business wishing everyday to see them bankrupt.

I had a poor experience at the Metrotown location, in which the salesperson was rude, and then Peoples customer service called me to apologize and to my surprise, offered me a free pair of earrings. I thought that was great, until I drove all the way to pick them up at the Park Royal location, and nobody there had any clue what I was talking about and turned me away. Nice try People's, you totally made the situation even worse.
MaryAnn is incredible. The manager and Maryann absolutely enjoy their jobs and are very knowledgeable and helpful. This will be my go to from now on.
They tried to scam my friend when he tried to refund his engagement ring.

I am horrified about the poor service of this jewelry store, you can never get a hold of a manager and the personal treat you with no respect. I recently purchased several items from this store as gifts, I was told if a ring does not fit I can have the ring sized at no cost. When I came back to have the ring sized they told me that i had to buy a warranty of 90 to have the ring sized. This jewelry store only carries one size of ring and you’re finger does not fit this criteria then you have to pay for ring to be sized. I have never heard that you must pay for sizing. If this issue does not get resolved I will be returning all of the jewelry I had bought and spending my money across the mall at a different jewelry store.
