We received an excellent service. Ehsan helped us get the piano we were looking for and the way he treated us as customer was wonderful. He kept kids busy and gave us chance and time to explore the store.He even call us for follow up after receiving our piano to see if delivery was perfect. Suggest this place? FOR SURE. I had my eye on a specific model for a digital piano and called a few places. Music Gallery was the only place that have it in box (non floor model). The salesperson, Reginia, offered me some saving tips over the phone so I made my way to visit the store during this past weekend and made the purchase. During my visit, my experience at the store was exceptional. Regina was amazing. She is very knowledgable with the products and helped me with my purchase by comparing the pros and cons between different models. The customer services was beyond great. The helper at the store helped us lift the heavy boxes onto the car and thoughtfully secured the boxes to prevent them from moving during my drive home. I definitely recommend this place.

Music Gallery has the best service and it is very tidy and clean. They have 27 pianos that are all good quality. They have so many instruments from small ukuleles, to grand pianos.
