SCAM! Buyer beware! This guy is actually operating under a number of business names: - Oliver Twist - Pacific Fireplace Service & Repair 24/7, - Luxury Heating & Fireplace Service - West Vancouver, - 911 Heating Service - 911 Fireplace Repair & Service - Paradise Air Duct Cleaning * ALL THE SAME GUY!!! * Not only is this a concern for insurance purposes, but also accountability. If something goes wrong, work safe will come after the home owner! I actually tried using this service, and I waited two hours for a scheduled chimney sweeping. He didn't answer his phone or message me back for two hours, before finally getting a reply that he was not coming and an offer to reschedule. That is what started me phoning around and discovering this ploy. This is how bad reviews are hidden.
