We waited for 45 minutes to get seated, 45 minutes to order food, 45 minutes for the food to come out, and it wasn't even good when it came out! Only saving Grace were the truffle fries, but somehow they only had one order left for our entire table of 9 people. How does a restaurant run out of potatoes for brunch? Also, my cup of coffee that was brought to me had lipstick on it. Disgusting!

The restaurant is beautiful and need their interior decorators number asap. Even the bathrooms are beautiful with the wallpaper continuing from the wall onto the ceiling, super pretty. My favourite of the night was the warm potato salad as it tasted like a baked potato! Best salad ever. The mussels were rich in flavour. The pasta was a bit stiff and wish there was more filling. Beet salad is a beautiful medley of colours. The dessert was a miss.
I’ve been here for brunch, lunch, and dinner and haven’t been disappointed. Their brunch is perfect to get some girls together, or for a date. The room is so beautiful! The dinner service has some classic French dishes, as well as some lighter options. I’ve been on the weekend, as well as mid week and have enjoyed both. Tuesdays they have free corkage! Definitely recommend.
Recently changed to Rive Gauche. Had a nice lunch here with my MIL. We both had salads and creme brule for desert. Delicious and more than enough food for us. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!!
We arrived on time for our 11:30 booking. Except for one small table, the place was empty.The waiter filled our water glasses and then ignored us for 20 minutes while he chatted with the cook, keeping his back to the restaurant. We had to call him over to take our drinks order. The Mimosas when they finally arrived were flat. The waiter then ignored us for another 20 minutes , chatting with his back to the restaurant, before reluctantly coming over to take our food order.Then he informed us that the manager had not arrived yet with the smoked salmon. Luckily, while we were trying to decide what else to order from the extremely limited menu, the manager arrived. The food, when we finally got it after 45 minutes, was good, but did not warrant the high price. The waiter never came over to ask whether we wanted more coffee or more drinks and by then we had given up trying to get his attention. In Paris one puts up with surly waiters and slow service, because it's Paris. There is no excuse in West Vancouver. I will not go back.
Treated my parents to an early dinner for their Anniversary! The food was amazing!!! We all ordered 3 different things. I got the Stake, Mom got the Salmon and Dad got the Duck. I usually don't like Duck, but after trying some from dad, I have to say I have changed my mind. My stake was cooked perfect and mom Salmon was amazing. Service was great! Was surprised it wasn't to busy when we were there, but that okay. The desert was also amazing. Would definitely recommend Dinner here.
Great food and atmosphere. Chef Behshad has turned this place around. I loved all the dishes I tried. Amazing blend of flavors and textures... Fantastic dish presentation and very playful with colors... He is an artist!!!.. can't wait to come back here again and I recommend everyone to come and taste his food... You will thank me later
