I find the people who work there always very friendly. They explain very clearly what is going on. And it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to do the best thing for your pet.
The veterinarians are very caring people who take a real interest in their patients. Office policies can get in the way of putting the customer first during Covid, especially if one does not have proper credit cards. They are becoming more accommodating as Covid restrictions linger.
They always take gr8 care of my boys..
