Took an appointment online for hitch installation. Took a day off at my job, drive 2 hours from Osoyoos and they don't have my part. So, no appointment for today, need to come back another day. Nobody call to inform us. Just a waste of time. I cancel my appointment.

When I first started coming here in 2019 the condition was AMAZING. Slowly over the time everything has fallen apart. The floors are in rough shape and the Bathroom has been out of order for 8 months. The lights do not work in the corner by my storage unit and lots of garbage on site. Not well maintained.
