I had a very good experience with this company. I needed a glass railing for my patio and thry got the job done very quickly and efficiently. They were here for the quote next day and we had everything ordered and installed within a few weeks. Their knowledge of patio railings was the best so I decided to do business with this company. Overall great product and service.

Do not hire. Worst contractor I’ve ever experienced. Was late on timeline. Spent an estimated 8 minutes total to measure area and to no surprise glass was too large. Glass could not be used. Sub contracted work without notice. Did not answer phone until next day. Upon call back owner and operator lost his temper, and threatened to bill for full price, to get their lawyer involved and hung up. Work left half done, mot even by the same company. Worst customer service in any trade and awful experience. Would never recommend to anyone.
New Town Glass did a great job installing my shower glass. Their installers were of the most professional and experienced I have seen in the okanagan. Harison came and explained all I needed to know regarding what glass type I was getting, what kinds or hardware options and even asking If I wanted glass coatings on my shower glass. I highly recommend these professionals if you need a new glass shower enclosre.
Nicest staff. Super friendly and accommodating. Thier products are all new and up to date. Would highly suggest New Town Glass to anyone wanting anything glass.

Outstanding Glass shop! Had all my bathrooms redone so ordered all three with New Tow Glass Ltd, Kelowna. I had all different shower door enclosures installed that worked with my bathrooms. Two large bathrooms and one small. Great work! Everything is flush, no leaks and really compliments even the small bathroom! Definitely recommending this company to my friends.
We recently had two mirrors installed and our shower door replaced this last month of October. New Town Glass and Window Renovations exceeded our expectations once again! Well mannered, respectful employees along with quick and solid installs allowed my husband and I to go on with our day glad we chose New Town Glass and Window Renovations.
