If you find yourself passing by Rodney on a nice clear day, consider stopping and having a look up. There is actually an airfield here and you can often catch a first class private air show put on by members of the Harvard association flying ww2 Harvard II training planes in yellow.

Airport still exists - grass is cut and all 2200 feet are available for landing. Trees on both sides of runway make for calm landing conditions even in cross winds. Watch for deer, turkeys and the occasional fox crossing runway.
There is no airport here the old wind sock is still standing that's all that is left
