If you want all around great service - this is the place! I'm sure the rest of the team is just as good, but Benoit took care of absolutely everything for me (as I live about 900kms away). He looked after the bike, financing, transportation, documentation... you name it, all within an extremely short period of time. All I can say is THANK YOU and I will definitely be reaching out in the near future. 5 STARS!

Today I called this motorcycle repair shop after we were stranded on the side of the highway due to a flat tire. Not only did they had the exact replacement tire, the owner was ready to stay after closing to wait for us. When the flatbed carrying the bike arrived the owner came and rolled the bike off the platform and soon the tire was replaced before closing time. Pierre Beullac and staff are awesome! You only need to make it known that you are a Honda dealer.
I have been dealing with Pierre and his team for years now with two aging ATVs, one Honda and one Kawasaki. They take care of all my needs and service is personalized and always looking to please.

Sales 1 Service 5 Average3 But service... counts more I guess. I originally wanted to wanted to give one with what transpired this past weekend (he was upset I didn't buy from him a few months ago because he was expensive compared to others and now does not want to sell me anything, go figure?????). However, you know what, he gives a damn good mechanical service! Second to none. I bought from him in the past and he typically had the most competitive price. I have lessons learnt based on this past Saturday and my experience buying a load of recreational toys over the years that I want to share with all. Lesson learnt: 1) Do not call around and just purchase at full price. 2) Dealers all claim the best service in town. With Pierre, there is a significantly high probability he is right there for Atelier Motorsport (I deal on the deal and buy very often...enough to say they ALL LIE and that it is a rare commodity to find proper service after sales). Enough for me to pay 1000 more per machine (reference to a deal of two units this past January '18)? No. 3) If you buy at one place, don't bring it at another. I experienced this as a culmination of purchases done over the years and is not directly related to Atelier Motorsport, but a summation of all purchases. You get the evil eye looking at you from management! 4) Be prepared to deal with cantankerous owners if you ignore the above. To hell with increasing incremental sales as egos need to be fed. People should be allowed to work out the best deal for them and, heck, if they want to come and service their products here, why not? Still adds to service revenue!
