I made a visit to this store to pick up a couple items in a rush. I didn't notice at the time that there was an item at the top of my bill that I had not purchased (or even seen). I came back at the first opportunity (four days, during COVID), and hoped for an apology, and instead I was made to feel like I was trying to scam the store, and that they would accommodate me \this time\. I'm sure if they took the time to check their inventory, they would find it was there. I was happy that they refunded me for the item I did not purchase, but very unhappy that I was made to feel like it was somehow my fault. I will go out of my way to not visit this Wellwise.

Extremely poor, rude customer service! I was verbally abused by staff; I'm still traumatized. They never pick up phone calls. You never get the supplies you ordered. I'm tired of leaving voicemails to the managers mailbox. I'm taking my business elsewhere, where they have the time to assist me!
