We received very good service from the CPAP specialist at Wellwise, Cachet Woods location in Markham. Lesley is very knowledgeable and spends the time to take us through all of our options. She ensures we get the product that is right for us and is not pushy. She supports us through the re-imbursement process with our health insurance and follows up on her clients with regards to satisfaction/compatibility of the product and replacement schedules of supplies.

Great place to buy your first CPAP machine. Lesley was very patient and detailed in explaining every single part of the machine, mask, tube and humidifier for me. She never pushed me to pay for the \package\ like other DME. In the end, the total bill (before government subsidy and insurance coverage) is 860 instead of 1,700 from another DME. I would definitely recommend any first time CPAP users to come here and talk to Lesley.
I have been to three Wellwise locations. The first changed staff regularly and service was terrible. The second was not very knowledgable. It was a pleasure to meet Leslie Rogers at Woodbine and 16th location. She was courteous, knowledgable, patient and helpful. I strongly recommend speaking with her for all CPAP inquiries and needs.

Susan demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, from the start to the end, with her ability to provide helpful information that made the entire experience very positive and enjoyable.
