She is a wonderful dog groomer. My dog was always terrified of going to the groomers but anytime he approaches her he is super excited to see her! She styles his hair just the way I like and offers free nail grooming between appointments. Dogs nails can get really long and make it really uncomfortable for them to walk which can make you an irresponsible dog owner hence she offers free nail grooming services in between her appointments which I love because it's tough to cut my dog's nails! She does a great job and I would highly recommend her.

Our 11 year old Labradoodle is already excited to see Jennifer when he sets foot in the building. She takes excellent care with him and is gentle and kind. She listens to our grooming wishes and delivers quality work in a timely fashion. We highly recommend her and the service she provides.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to any pet owner. My poor dog was bleeding on all four paws after getting her nails trimmed here, which has never happened anywhere else in the past 8 years she's been alive! I was given powder to apply to her nails to stop them from bleeding after we left since they continued to bleed for a long while after we left. I went here once and will never be back which is unfortunate because it would be nice to not have to go to the city for grooming. I understand mistakes happen, but the groomer acted like this happens all the time and it's no big deal - cutting that short can harm your dog!
