This August 2020 was my second auction with Janzi Auctions. I found their pictures and descriptions were as accurate as what they knew about the items and their response to my questions were received in a timely manner. Their shipping for me is second to none as I received my items 5 to 7 days after the auction ended. In my opinion they deserve a 5 star rating and I will be a repeat customer.

Thank you for responding to our concerns shown below and offering to add more pictures and descriptions to the items offered for sale on the online auctions. As we told you, we have been buying from you for a number of years and look forward to doing so in the future. We have recently purchased from the online auctions offered by your company. Overall we have been disappointed with our buys. There is very little description about the items and the general condition. We have not been able to preview, so we have gone on the assumption that the items offered are in good condition, this has not been the case. We recommend to everyone to view before you buy.
