I had ordered a cab to NF Hospital to return after a procedure. I prepaid for the return trip. The lady who picked me up was very nice, the cab clean even smelled clean, and social distancing was totally acceptable. Horror of horrors - I was not allowed to take a cab home. A friend or family member who would stay with me for a few hours to see I was okay. I had no problem picking up a refund including tip. I would recommend Grand Taxi to everyone. Local small business, local drivers. Thank you.
