On October 7/20 I went to the Welland hospital with a broken wrist. Everyone from admissions through the complete process was great. I was in a great deal of pain and was taken care of immediately. I had two doctors, nurse and respiratory nurse looking after me. My wrist had to be reset. I want to thank them all for making this stressful time as comfortable as possible.

Amazing Nurses and support staff! They were speedy and didn't waste time. Hands down one of the BEST experiences I've had in an ER. Thank you all for being Rockstars!!!!!!

Showed up to emergency at midnight, waited until 6am. Was told by the nurse there was only 1 doctor to see patients and was told that I'd be waiting a few more hours to see them. Never going back.

The wait is absolutely draining over- 2 hours which is understandable to an extent, other than that the doctor and staff are very informative and caring.

You tested me for covid. Told me it was more than likely a viral infection. Then proceeded to send me home with nothing. It was a waste of my time for a doctor who told me to get nausea meds. I promptly threw those up. RETRAIN YOUR DOCTORS

The wait is long (just the way it is these days) but the staff is friendly and caring. People complaining about the wait times have a valid point but on the flip side the staff is trying to ensure quality care to the patients.
