Delicious all you can eat & drink! Lots of variety including exotic options. A little pricey, but so worth it. Staff were very kind and helpful. Clean and cozy atmosphere. Nice and full!

A HECKIN’ BOP of a place. The staff are friendly and you get a really homey vibe in there. I recommend you bring friends or a date because what’s a great experience if you can’t share it with others? Tbh still a great experience. but gotta get the biz some more biz. That’s how much i love this place. Please just go. Just go.
Being from Richmond Vancouver, I’ve had my fair share of hot pot. I’ve tried every hot pot restaurant in Waterloo and this was the best hot pot I’ve had in my life. Everything was so delicious and the quality of the ingredients are on another level. We got the regular menu and ordered a plate of wagyu to try. It was so worth it. It was the most delicious hot pot meat I’ve ever had. The service was awesome, the staff and wonder were so friendly. They made wonderful recommendations on what broth to order and the sauce combos. They also personally informed us of 17 ingredients available in the kitchen that were not on the menu yet including frog legs, beef balls, watercress etc.
Quality beef and lamb. The PEI grass fed beef is delicious. The broth is good. Lil' Pot uses the kind of quality materials one would use at home. Satisfied. (If you shop at Brady's, this statement is literally true for you. Lil' Pot sources their beef through Brady's -- a local hallmark of quality.) I wish they had a better store front. Their food and service deserve a better venue. EDIT: Went for a second time. Food is still just as great. Service is still exceptional.

I loved this spot. So glad I found it. The owner is amazing and gives detailed explanations of all food, she is also very considerate and tried hard to give my family and I an enjoyable experience. Food was great, you pay an AYCE price as well as a price for the soup base. There are lots of options to order, including a variety of wagyu beef. Will definitely be returning! Best Hot Pot restaurant I ever had. I love hot pot, and tried many places and this one is definitely the best one by far. Love the beef and lamb they offer: just very fresh and juicy; beef has lots of marbling's and lamb slices are thick but still tender. I was so lucky today as the owner got some local lamb and brought us a plate to try, just feel like in heaven. Their broth is very tasty, you can tell it is real broth not the kind which are made with instant soup powder. Great job, Will come back again.
