I could not be more pleased, with the concern that Ryan and John had, in making sure that all my questions were answered. I just received my hot tub this weekend and I cant believe how good the quality is in this brand!! Comparing to other brands that I looked at on my journey of finding one. Waterscape - Hydropools are hands down the best!! They have all the knockouts and everything set up making the install easy to set up! All the controls are factory set so you cant screw it up! I'm really impressed with the quality of panels they use on them. You can tell they won't rot-out like some others do after years. (Especially through winter months). Overall very impressed with this purchase!!!!

They gave me the steps to follow and the know-how to keep things in check on my own.
