Very poor experience. Did x-ray and ultrasound testing here on my shoulder and they said no issues were found. Did the same exact test in Mississauga after 1 month of no relief. The x-ray technician told me I need to ask my doctor for a back x-ray as my spine was clearly intruding on the shoulder x-ray image. I have severe Scoliosis. No one mentioned anything to me when I went to this clinic. Had to redo testing in another city to get diagnosis. For that reason I will never be back.

I had a really good experience here. I needed an urgent appointment and got one right away. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Staffs are friendly efficient and professional. I will definitely come back here for other tests.

I'm confused by the negative reviews here. I've been here twice and never had a problem. My scheduled appointments happened within a reasonable wait time. The techs are not allowed to comment but that is standard practice and shouldn't be held against this place. No one including reception has been rude to me here. I am always able to get timely appointments.

Staff was visibly uncomfortable about being there, let alone serving people. Front desk was left empty for long periods, and despite having an appointment and arriving 10 minutes early, the appointment was late by another 15 minutes. Interestingly enough, we were then called into a room, which we could see from the entrance, that had nobody come in or out while we waited, only to then be received by the world's most grumpy and unhappy technician. Dry, disrespectful and uncaring, she treated my wife like cattle, visibly displeased with the fact that my wife's discomfort was making her slightly restless. If I could pay to have this place close down, I'd happily do that.

Reception staff is too good at pointing out that the health card is expired, even though the government of Ontario extended their validity if expired recently. The operator of the ultrasound machine is not well trained. This operator was not experienced with the first ultrasound machine that was available, so had to change to another one. Operator was unable to answer questions or detect any usual characteristics on the image of the body part she was scanning. Made me worry for the whole week about why didn’t she see what she was supposed to see.
