I was not impressed by the staff at Waterloo Volvo. I went here to order parts for my 1989 Volvo 740. I guess I didn't look wealthy enough to shop at this "exclusive" dealership. After asking where the parts department was I was directed to go to the front desk. I was informed by the staff member at the front desk that I was again at the wrong location. I round the corner and there are some staff members laughing at my expense. I was then given a stern talking to because i didn't have my car's VIN available to me at that very instant. I got the VIN, got the parts, and got out of there.

I was interested in the 2020 Volvo XC60 T8 R-Design. I sent an online inquiry and Ivan replied me very quickly. I was surprised by how quickly he got back to me. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. When I went to the dealership, he greeted me warmly and showed me in detail all the functions and features of the XC60 T8. Thank you very much Ivan! My family and I love the new car! Roland and Colin were also very helpful. They also answered all my emails very quickly. Overall, the whole sales team offered an A experience. Volvo of Waterloo offered me a very top notch experience. I would highly recommend family and friends to them as well.

Hi I own a 2011 Volvo C30 T5 and do some repair and replace parts myself. So, I call the Volvo Waterloo and explain as what I need and the personal walk me through and get me the right part and quickly. the most I waited was a day. but the last time (Feb 26) I visited the dealership, I spoke to this gentleman named Michael in parts department and he was an amazing customer service, because at first I gave him a part number that I found on the net for the part that I wanted and he provided the part. After getting home I realize that the part was wrong and it doesn't fit properly. naturally went back and talk to Michael about it, with out any hesitation and with smile he aske me about my car's info and in matter of second he found the right part and even mentioned the they are very close in size but not the same. Then he said that the good news is that we have it in stock. So Michael exchanged the parts with out any hassle or grief. Although this was my mistake and could have been avoided if I would have giving him my car's info in first place but he was gracious enough to get me what I needed and I left the dealership in satisfaction, thank you Michael. This was our first experience with purchasing a Volvo and our sales person Ivan was really great. His passion for the brand made our experience a positive one. We were doing our research and "just looking". Once we met with Ivan and he was able to answer all our our questions and help us make a truly informed decision. Ivan and the others made our experience a positive one. I love my Volvo XC40 R-Design and I am looking forward to many good years with it. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend Ivan Jarnjevic and the rest of the Volvo of Waterloo staff.
It was pleasure working with Sales rep Jan Gunash at Waterloo Volvo. Especially his detailed explanation about the car. Because of his response and attitude over the phone, I travelled from Toronto to Waterloo ( 1 hrs 45 min drive) to check the vehicle. I originally went to a different Volvo dealershop closer to Toronto to test drive the car; unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant welcome there. Meantime, my wife and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process at Waterloo Volvo. Jan Gunash even took all three colour cars out from the yard for us to compare and assist in picking the right one. He was very genuine in explaining the packages and accessories. Especially, when we went to pick up the car with my kids ( 5yrs, 3yrs), he decorated the car for them and made unforgettable moments for my kids... I would strongly recommend Jan Gunash at Waterloo Volvo.

Recently, my wife and I purchased an XC90 from Volvo of Waterloo. My experience with sales rep, Jan Gunash was outstanding. He was not only very accommodating while setting up our meeting, but he also made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Jan actually came in to meet me on his day off. Jan was extremely pleasant and an absolute professional helping us make our purchase. He took time to answer every question we had and every follow up email very quickly. When we sat down with Hannah to discuss purchase options, Hannah was also extremely friendly and professional. Hannah could not have made this any easier and at no time did we feel any pressure. Both times we were in the showroom for a visit, the entire team was fantastic with our children, this was also a huge plus. Prior to pick up, I inquired about an add on part, the part was ordered and was installed when we arrived for our new vehicle. We are now Volvo people.
