A for profit \Thrift\ store chain that made over a billion dollars last year, not a charity. Prices are sometimes ok, but with an estimated markup of 588%, sometimes they are not. They do pay a little bit to local charities, which was estimated in 2015-2016 to be between 9-17% of sales. People probably would be better advised to donate their items to real non profit charities so that those charities might receive the full 100% benefits of the donations. That said, the store does employ people, which is good for the economy. And the employees I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, so there's that.

Not many people in the store. But still organized during checkout. Someone guiding to which checkout you should go to.

Have had really good experiences with this location. Their stuff a bag for children's clothing used to be a bit more full, I find it almost completely empty except for stained or not sellable pieces now, but I do hope they are able to re stock with the Christmas season fast approaching! Staff are helpful when need be and there are some great pieces to be found.

Despite what some may think this is a terrible place to go to. I am not sure about the other Value Village locations but the one in Waterloo IN MY OPINION takes advantage of people and Reyes to be dishonest with there discount offers when people bring in items and get a 20% offer. They try to intimidate you and call people liars. Then when you want to file complaints and stare you will out there bad device on social media they run away AGAIN IN MY OPINION like cowards. People should stop taking their stuff to Value Village and find better places to go to like shelters or other thrift stores were the prices are lower and the people are nicer. Better yet find churches who do rummage sales and can benefit from your donations. ANYWHERE BUT THE SNOBS AT VALUE VILLAGE!!!!
