Tri-city is a great place to purchase a motorcycle. I have bought several motorcycles from here and never had a problem. The staff are friendly and willing to answer your questions. They go out of their way to help find what your looking for.
Hi, just purchased my dream bike from this dealership. I had an awesome experience. I purchased a C50T Boulevard through Michelle Fitzgerald. She walked me through finding the bike of my dreams right though to delivering it to me in Nova Scotia. I can't say enough about Michelle, she was literally there for me 24/ 7 to answer any questions I had (and there were many). She was very appreciative of me as a customer. If you ever need to purchase anything from this dealership look Michelle up she will steer you in the right direction and help with anything you need. Went to this place to buy some oil for my sled, got there right when their doors open. Rang the bell twice, no one answered, went around back, saw a gentleman cleaning up outside, asked him if they were opened he said yes. I proceeded to walk up the stairs into store when I was confronted by an angry woman who told me that they were not open and if I wanted anything I would have to call, I explained that I did call but their phones were off the hook she said \yeah I disconnected them because it's been crazy this morning\ I told her I'm just hear to pick up some oil, she looked at me, went inside and locked the door. I called Apex in Cambridge, service was excellent, prompt, and people were friendly. GO TO APEX, DO NOT GO TO TRI-CITY!!!
