Great experience, well coordinated process from Inquiry through post procedure follow up. Courteous, caring staff, stringent COVID protocols, and a well documented care plan minimized worry or concerns. Outcomes may differ from patient to patient, but my personal improvement has been tremendous. Thanks

Great surgery experience which is the most important part in this whole process. Love that I was scheduled in for a particular time frame as I know people at Lasik MD have to wait there all day sometimes to get in. Can be a stressful surgery for some people so I don't imagine that being ideal if you're nervously awaiting your appointment. Dr. Jellie did a great job as did the nurses and staff on this day. Dr. Jellie is a bit opinionated as I learned in our short little meeting before the surgery (where you I guess still have a chance to back out), but it's his skills that were key. They have a nice little waiting area. During Christmas, Sam at the from desk was playing lots of movie classics including Home Alone so that was fantastic to have while waiting! Follow up appointments for post op had long wait times. They tended to get behind like a doctors office so wait times for the appointments were 30-50 minutes delayed.

Very quick and professional staff. Just got my eyes done last week. Very clean and impressive place. They have promotional financing deals and discounts throughout the year. Would highly recommend and they have partnerships with a number of trusted optometrist offices for check ups later.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Safety was always their number 1 concern. The procedure was quick and done professionally. I felt very comfortable the whole time. This was definitely a life changer! I 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking to get laser correction!

I was at this place last week with a friend that needs assistance with day to day living. The staff was amazing with all their Covid-19 precautions. They greeted us and explained the details of how the eye care was going be and took everything into consideration. The doctors ( I met 2 of them) were serious about their work but also portrayed a sense of reassurance that they knew exactly what they were doing. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of eye care. The nurses and staff feel very dedicated to what they do. The surgery went great and her eye sight is definitely way better than it ever was.

I am a nervous patient; there was absolutely no need for any anxiety. The most uncomfortable part of the whole procedure was staring into the bright light. Just relax, the staff are wonderful and the results are amazing. I did experience some minor flashing and an occasional ‘ghost’ in my outside peripheral vision for a few days. After a week there was no more discomfort at all. The improvement in my vision was immediate. Go ahead, git ‘r dun! You won’t regret it.
