The student staff here are great and their tap selection is quite large which is nice! Between 10 and 11am they have a discounted "Bomber Breakfast" which is great to grab with friends on occasion. On Wednesdays they open as a club at night and have a different theme every Wednesday. They also serve as a venue for various events around campus. The food is standard pub fare and it's nothing to write home about but it's inexpensive which is nice.

Worst waiter I've ever encountered. Took a while to take our order. When we inquired about the Taco Tuesday special he didn't provide any relevant information until we pried it out of him. We ordered 2 drinks and the drinks never came. We waited until after the mediocre (at best) food came, and then we asked about the drinks...turned out our waiter completely forgot. A few moments later he came back and informed us that the reason he didnt bring the drinks is because they were out of one of the drinks, which is a completely stupid reason. We reordered and the drinks took another 5 minutes to arrive. By then we were almost finished our food. Overall, poor experience caused by substandard service. I had higher expectations.

As an alumni of the university I was shocked to see how the place has changed since I graduated 32 years ago. At that time, the Bombshelter was a dark and grungy place deserving of its name. Now, it's a lovely restaurant with a great menu and ambiance. The service was great, as was the food. It makes me wish I could be a student again.

My favourite place to eat/drink on campus. Convenient, of course. Prices are reasonable for a meal, 12-13 bucks for a main and side. Service is usually excellent. Staff has always been friendly. Food quality is far better than other fast food on campus, this is a real restaurant. As for bomber Wednesday, that's another beast. Drinks aren't quite as cheap as Phil's, but they're also not as terrible quality. Not as crowded, you actually have room to move around. I always have a good time, and it's a nice place to meet people or hang out with a group of friends. 10/10 would recommend

It's alright, and works really well as a place to meet and hang out on campus. Pleasant atmoshphere and lots of events. Quite understaffed every time I've been there, although the servers have been nice. Personally don't enjoy their menu or drinks list but most people find it pretty good. The breakfast seems great

Poor service, expensive foods, small portions, burnt, plate filled with grease. Awful place to eat.

Love the atmosphere. The cauliflower wings are amazing! Love that you can get them per pound and I'm different flavors.

A fun place. Lively and active. Good service and quick enough for an hour lunch break. Good beer choice available.
