I had a bezel diamond necklace made at Robin's after one that was sentimental to me broke. I appreciated that they were able to make the new one look nearly identical to the one I had before and took the time to create a sketch and confirm what it would look like. The diamond is nicer than the one I previously had and I feel confident that it will hold up.

Amazing work, customer service, and price! Robin and Derrick did such a great job on the ring I had asked to get custom made. The process also took place through COVID, but you would not have known as they were in touch and available the whole time.
