Very impressed. I have to say that I was a bit on the fence about buying furniture during a lockdown but my sofa broke and we need something new. I had a strict budget and did a little bit of searching on the internet and came across this store. After searching their web page I found a sectional which I would never have been able to afford at Leon's or The Brick. I emailed them a few questions and they were quick and detailed with their response. I decided to go ahead and order the sectional. Mostafa gave me a call when he got the order and told me it would be delivered the following weekend. Sure enough I got the email with the date and time it would arrive. It arrived just as I was told and the gentlemen that dropped it off were quick, friendly and had all the proper protection on. Again as I was trying to save money I did not pay for the extra set up fee. Shipping had been included with the purchase. The sectional was super easy to set up and looks great. The only thing wrong, which is not the stores fault, is that the latch to hold the chaise to the sofa does not latch well. Other then that I like the sectional very much. Thanks to the staff at Payless for making this an easy purchase. I would buy from them in the future.

Bought a corner desk from them, happy with the price and quality. Took a bit of time until my order was ready, but they delivered it for free on Saturday, so no complains here. If your item is relatively small and you live in the area, you can try to pick it up from their Waterloo warehouse (I suggest to contact them in advance to confirm the shop will be open). Otherwise make sure to check size and weight of your order ahead of time - it may be wise to have them deliver it for you!
