I called today looking for a certain flooring that we had bought 3 years ago. The person i talked to on the phone was the most helpful person i have ever dealt with. Her customer service went above and beyond. Sorry i can't remember your name. thank you so much for your help. i sure hope the company knows what a valuable employee they have. Again appreciate everything you helped me with today. I am not even from Toronto i was calling from Vancouver BC and she went out of her way to get answers for me and to try and find the product i need closer to where i am.

We had our tile work installed by Panagos & Van less then 3 years ago. The quality of work is so poor, the tile is already loose and the grout is starting to crack. When I called to see what could be done about this, they stated they would send someone to fix it at our cost. We initially chose Panagos & Van, despite there higher price, because we felt they would do a quality job. They have proven to us they do sub par work, do not stand behind there work, and have very poor customer service. I would not recommend or use Panagos & Van again. Stay away!
