The store associates were very helpful and I love the selection but why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5: It's a 30 minute walk one way to/from the store...or a 30 minute wait for the bus if you've just missed the bus which I did do because the cashier double charged me for two packs of canvases (which I didn't realize at checkout because I bought nearly 300 worth of supplies) and I had to walk back to the store tp get that sorted.
Got everything I needed in one stop. Well stocked, courteous and friendly staff and covers a lot of different crafts: flower arranging, jewellery, knitting, embroidery Great place for crafters! Lots of framing supplies too.
Found what I want quickly, was transfer paper and it was good quality. ALWAYS look for coupons on their website!! You can easily get 20-30% of the most expensive item.
I used to love this location, but the last few times I have visited there is one particular full time employee I've noticed because she is extremely snarky and rude to customers. Pretty sure she's a team lead for evening and weekend shifts. I have never experienced it myself, but most certainly have witnessed the exchanges. This employee needs to be mindful of her tone with others especially working in retail. Customers should be allowed to ask questions without feeling they are annoying staff.
