I have been using my AEG from Maple Airsoft consistently for a month now! I got the blackout version with a tan stock and the gun looks phenomenal! Great weight, amazing rate of fire, all around fantastic gun! My brother has a Krytac and this gun actually shoots harder (comparing stock to stock guns). Absolutely blown away with the AEG, haven't been able to put it down to write this review even haha! I saw other comments of issues contacting the owner, however, i experienced issues with the website. Not submitting tracking number and i actually got banned from the website. I believe that a new website is needed. With this being said, i contacted the companies facebook page and got response from the owner within 24 hours. Additionally, the gun shipped to me in under 5 days, however, i am located in the province where the AEG ships from. Cant speak highly enough of this company, even my brother uses their battery in his Krytac ! All products over the top quaility, you wont be disapointed! I would even buy the SBR right now if it was available. Thanks again for the 5/5 service and AEG!
No gun to show for 700 and almost a month of waiting. Multiple emails and calls placed to Jacob with no answer... When I Got 1 response about week and a half ago I asked to have an upgrade ordered, Placed the order had a email sent by Jacob confirming my upgrade and then been ghosted ever since. (2 emails and 4-5 calls.) No option to leave a voicemail. Not very impressed with the lack of communication and transparency, i havent even received a tracking number for my AEG... For a local canadian company I have high hopes this is just due to covid or another circumstance, as I would never expect my customers to go over a week with no response on their inquiry... so far not impressed. I Have heard this company does great work and has strong customer service, actually very well respected with the locals I've talked too as well... so a bit confusing to say the least *update* Have received tracking info. Will update when AEG comes in.
Update im changing my review back to five stars. The folks at MAS offered to fix my blackout and get me back into the game. They stand by their products and have a great customer support team. My initial review mentioned a missing order item after reaching out they quicky sent that missing item. Once MAS saw my review they reached out and asked to have a look at my Blackout and get ir working again. I can happily recommend MAS to anyone looking for a company that sells and stands by a really great product. I cannot wait to use it again.
I bought a Blackout, 2 lipos and a charger. Great products, solid reliable and more importantly super accurate, without breaking the bank!!! Jake is a great guy who offers excellent suppot too!!!
