Absolutely amazing off-campus housing for students! I attend Laurier University and this place is right next to my buildings. They are extremely accommodating and caring managers. Make sure to find Darlene, she is absolutely amazing. Such a kind and wonderful person. Always there whenever you need! The rooms are stunning, with plenty of light and the rooms are so spacious, plus the prices are VERY competitive. 10/10 BEST place to live off-campus.

This is a very well-maintained apartment managed by a very professional team. I have stayed there for more than 3 years and couldn't complain about anything. Thanks to Darlene, Nader, Dan, and the whole team. Keep up the great job!
This building has an amazing location in the city of Waterloo, right next to Laurier. The rooms are very spacious, great views if you live on a higher up floor. Darlene the manager does her best to ensure everything is in order. The superintendent Dan works very hard around the building and is always willing to help. Great living experience overall
Extremely unprofessional management. I couldn't attend my move-out inspection because of COVID and they charged me 100 for it. Wrote to complain and Glen Laycock, the bookkeeper, told me COVID was a hoax. Completely bizarre.
I was lucky to find Maison Canada at a desperate time when all student rental apartments in KW were charging insane rates for tiny rooms. 185 King north is a huge building thats very well maintained. The manager Darlene is a sweetheart who takes her job seriously and is always professional. Dan the super is really friendly and always responds fast for anything that comes up. The best parts about this building are the spacious rooms and the large windows that allow much sunlight in. My parents were really loved the view! The wifi does act up sometimes but they solve it fast upon request.
