I took my daughter to LifeLabs to get a blood test and a ECG. The staff there were terrific. My daughter was extremely terrified of needles, but Darlene and her helper were quickly able to calm her down and with drawl a sample. They were both very professional and caring. Thank you once again for making my daughters experience tolerable.

I have been to a lot of life labs in the KW area, this one by far was the most organized and fast.

Monica and Alison Morka were incredible lab technicians. One of them rushed results to my doctor due to extenuating circumstances and the other was very calm and patient during the blood work process. These ladies helped so much, especially considering I was without my service dog. Mandeep, the security guard was also extremely helpful during the process and guiding me. Thanks to a great team!

I have always found this location to be clean with pleasant helpful personnel. I have been to other lifelab locations that have not been as good.

Waited over an hour as everyone behind me was processed to find out the lost my requisition form. They then asked for my health card and were shocked when I told them they already had it. So they lost the form and my health card. After screwing around looking for both items my health card was found in one of the lady’s hands. I was supposed to be in and out in under 10 minutes but over an hour and 20 minutes after I arrived they still couldn’t find my form and I had to leave. Also 8 people came in without being screened for COVID. This is a “the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing” situation. If your GP sends you there request another place.
