I can't speak highly enough about this place. The level of service and care by staff is unmatched, and by far the best suit / shirt fitting experience I've ever had. Even during a time of COVID restrictions, the staff are able to make the service personalized and exciting while following all rules and restrictions. Not to mentioned the infinite combinations and modifications available to make your item customized to your liking more than you could possibly need. Overall great store and will certainly be a returning customer for as long as I can foresee.

This is the real deal. I've been on Jeff's Danger Train for almost half a decade. His custom-made shirts are brilliant and I just cannot say enough good things about what he, Emilee, and their team offer. Tailor-made shirts are great, but affordable custom-made shirts are just that much better. Jeff's service and attention to detail, before, during, and after the sale is top notch and more-so, he will treat you like you're his most important client. For me it used to be hit and miss to find what I wanted with shirts. There's none of that any more and scouring the racks to get the shirt I really want is a thing of the past! Better than having some 'go to' shirts, Jeff is my go to guy in this department. I'm rocking almost 20 shirts from the Deadly, Dangerous, and Cuban Collections and am waiting for to receive another order. Every time I go out, someone asks about my shirts. One colleague told me that "Your shirts make me happy!" That makes me happy.

This is a wonderful Canadian company to do business with. I have ordered multiple masks over the past few months and have received excellent customer service. The masks are comfortable and breathable...the best I've tried. I have an airway condition which requires surgery to correct but I am able to wear these masks without issue. They don't even fog up my glasses. Highly recommend. Give them all the stars.

Ordered a mask in June to my old address before I moved and I emailed asking if there was any way I could get the address changed to my new one. Since it had already been shipped, they sent me a new one free of charge to my new address. Customer service skills are out of this world and they gained a loyal customer because the masks are phenomenal Can't wait to get a shirt!

I've known Jeff and Emilie for a few years and have bought 7 shirts and some socks from their awesome collections. I trust them so much that I even had each of them design a shirt for me and they've quickly become a favourite of mine. They are charismatic and fun yet always take the time to chat when I see them at local events or even just while out and about enjoying family time in the parks and downtown. I've been a customer of Jeff Alpaugh Custom for several years now starting when they were just plying their trade online. I've purchased many shirts through them and even outfitted my wedding party with their shirts to add a subtle level of danger to my wedding. The fit and quality is top notch and exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, Jeff, Em, and their whole staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I'm beyond excited that they have opened a location in Waterloo. The store is absolutely beautiful and has a great atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home as you put together your new dangerous outfit. They're an absolute treasure to have in Uptown Waterloo and are a welcome addition to the businesses there.
