Not really a comment about pricing because let's be honest, i don't use paper much. The location seems perpetually understaffed because only one staffer actually interacts with customers and he was always in a "rush to be left alone". If you are a simple walk-in and serve yourself kind of customer them this is great. If you need anything beyond a photocopy and need to interact with staff, go to Staples or somewhere else. You're generally going to pay the same amount for whatever it is you're trying to do, you might as well get actual service

Kind of Timely but Print Quality Unreliable. Sometimes photo-related documents turn out good, other times not so much. Staples printing is more reliable even.
I was at this location to ship cookies and as soon as I got to the counter the employee I think his name was Shiv picked up my box and started to shake it, of course I was angry and asked him not to that. The store manager was just as arrogant and told me that if I didn't want my package to shake in the store then it would be damaged as it traveled! At this point I was blowing smoke out of my ears because even after asking Shiv to stop shaking my package he continued and then insisted on repacking my shipment for a "safer delivery!" Two words RIP OFF!! Never going back to FedEx ever again, and word of advice if your greeted by Shiv go home or asked to be served by another employee.
I could not believe how rude the man who answered the phone at FedEx was. I do not usually write reviews but I could not let go of the horrible treatment I received when calling to ask a simple question. I don't know how you can run a business while treating people this way. I would highly recommend finding another place to do any of your work, there are a lot of better options out there.
I don't normally complain but I've had a number of very poor experiences at this location. Bad service/attitude towards customers. Improper ejection of devices from computers, also forgetting to return devices to their customers (remember to ask for it back) Don't print images on paper here - it's expensive with low quality results.
There's an employee named Sabrina that works at this FedEx. She will give you a lot of attitude for a minuscule amount of work, so whatever you do, make sure you avoid her. Otherwise, this FedEx isn't too bad.
Friendly service but I waited for 25 minutes to print one page of card stock so I really can't give a higher rating than this.
The attitude and quality of service of the staff I encountered were extremely poor. One of the staff (male) was so rude to me that he grabbed my credit card from my hand to look at the security number when I told him that for some reason related to the security number I couldn't pay using the credit card. I don't feel like I want to describe more of their rudeness and extremely poor service. I think the staff I encountered should be fired (at least the male one mentioned above - I found out some time ago that his name is Shivang V. ).
