I'm a regular customer at Farah's and have had nothing (save for 1 example) but good experiences there. Recently an employee returned an item that I know the supplier will not return, just because they know me. They've given me discounts on products with incorrect labels before, and they always have good produce selection relative to other convenience stores around. The staff is always nice to talk to as well. My only criticism is that the staff often wears their masks incorrectly. Unlike the comment below, I've never personally seen any staff not wearing one, but they often wear it below the nose and sometimes forget to pull it over their mouth when stocking shelves. I find it pretty disingenuous that you would flat out deny any kind of malpractice considering how common it is. Also, I've seen a many occasions customers coming into the store without masks and being served as usual, though I understand it's impossible to always be watching the door when it's busy. TL;DR If u live in the area, Farah's is a good place to shop. If you are particularly worried about pandemic related issues, shop at night to avoid the crowd. Pls be more diligent about mask use in the store.

I had a great time getting food at Farah's tonight. The service is super quick, the store is very easy to navigate, and my bill is never too expensive even when I fill my cart. The products are high quality, and I always like going there for groceries.
It is sad and disgusting to see that the employees at this place do not wear masks, during a global pandemic. I have seen repeatedly since the pandemic started, multiple employees here not wearing their masks. Absolutely gross and disrespectful to everyone who wants to shop safely. EDIT: As per the response from the owner: I have tried to attach a photo that I have of one of your workers on a different occasion NOT wearing her mask while working. I suggest looking into this deeper before denying.
My friends and I all love this place. It's super close to UW campus (it's practically on campus!) as well as other notable places. The staff are really nice and they always have good/interesting products! I recommend Farah's to anyone living on/near campus!
I've been a regular costumer for a year. I have been working in supermarkets myself and I can say they do a great job. Everyone is quite friendly and polite. There has been couple of times that I forgot my wallet and I needed small items and they helped me. There was even one occasion when I lost my phone and they helped me get a taxi. I don't know everyone's name but one to mention is Pramila. She has an amazing and kind attitude and it's delight to see her every time I visit
