For a Jr level position, even with a persons right credentials and skillset, they also supposedly valued someone's talent but still don't offer the job. I wonder if it has to do with racism , discrimination, age bias or what? Please don't tell them the truth during the interview that you would want to excel in your career, just tell them what they wanna hear that you would be thier slave stuck in the same role, will accept low salary and not look elsewhere for better opportunities in the future.

My very good friend is an executive at this organization. Good people to work with and doing a great service for many companies in servicing their Cybersecurity needs.

I wish there was an option for a 0 star. Horrible company to work for. I got fired because I filed a complaint against a manager who was harassing me. Instead of investigating the situation, HR manager just fired me and was forcing me to sign the termination papers. I told her to stop calling me and didn't sign the papers. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior by the HR.

eSentire, based in Cambridge, Ontario, offers software and services that allow businesses to monitor and help guard their corporate networks against security breaches. The latest fundraising stems in part from the general growth in cybersecurity services as a result of high-profile data breaches and heightened regulatory pressure to protect against hackers.
