Dr. Prudencio and his receptionist Kathy are absolutely amazing. I have been a patient for 10 years (reoccurring nasal polyps) and he will be performing his 4th surgery on me next month. Dr. Prudencio has always been polite and thorough in office, seriously not one bad visit over the past 10 years. He makes me feel extremely comfortable and safe when going under in the operating room. I feel extremely grateful to be in his care.

Dr. Prudencio and his staff were all wonderful with my 2.5 year old son! I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews about his etiquette with children but he was fantastic! He noticed that my son was wearing a dinosaur shirt and boots and pretended to look for dinosaurs in his ears. He spoke to him very kindly as well. The technician who did my son’s hearing test was very friendly and kind with my son as was the receptionist. I have zero complaints at all!

There are many reasons that this doctor should be your first choice. At the top of the list? Never - NOT ONCE - did I ever feel out of the loop when it came to my care. Dr. Prudencio made it very clear, after giving me all the pertinent information, that any and all decisions were mine. We were a team and I felt totally at ease as we proceeded. You cannot put a price on that kind of confidence in your doctor.
