Staff are highly professional with out a doubt. P.S.: Snacks volunteer need to take it a bit easy. I didn’t feel welcomed in terms of hospitality! She didn’t let me take two different kind of sweets

Well run and efficient. They make it easy to book appointments, move through the screening and make your donation.

I'm a regular blood donor, and I've always had a positive experience at this clinic..... Love the staff!!! If you choose to begin donating, be sure to drink LOTS of water before your donation (Canadian Blood Services recommends 500ml, or just over 2 cups JUST before donation, and a salty snack to help retain water)... And have a good meal in your belly before donating (donating on an empty stomach could lead to dizziness or fainting).

I have only used this location and loved it, unfortunately the other day was another story. After being told to wait near the desk to give blood,(chairs were spread out due to covid) I watched 4 people sit down, wait and go give blood before me. After 30 mins I finally moved chairs and then was taken in. (I was upset but let it go) I was set up and the needle was starting to hurt... ALOT. I had never had this happen before, so I tried to ignore it thinking it would soon pass, it didn't it just got worse. I waiting for my nurse to look at me so I could get her attention, after I told her it hurt, she aggressivly moved it slightly and asked if that was better, I said no,sorry. She then stated that she could remove it if I wanted, rolled her eyes and walked away. Telling the other girls I was fine and "didn't even say anything before". I finished in tears. Not only because of the way I was treated but because of the pain it caused my arm!
