I just had an absolutely perfect visit with Justin at your store. I watched him deal with an elderly man before me and s aw his compassion. By the time I stepped up it was 5:50 and a 6:00 shutdown but Justin never let it worry him he just sailed on and saved me money! Thank you Bell cause hour customer phone service sucks I’ve been a customer for 32 years and am happy but no I watches there Maybe look into that. Ty Bridgeport mall Bell and Justin

Went in to get some information about their products and plans. The guy there was amazing and we came out with a fantastic experience and quite possibly, a new friend! Justin was so unbelievably helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure we came in exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Justin for all of your help!
Waiting for installation for wifi. Had the technician reschedule once already this week, now for a second time. Today they cancelled on us because they called the wrong number, and then left without knocking. Now we're going another week without internet because that's the soonest they can schedule us (after cancelling on us twice). Might go with a different provider if something doesn't change soon.
Wow there are few expereinces that measure up to the one I just watched, me and Sheena walked in to the Bell store at Bridgeport Rd and Weber St. in waterloo, because she needed a phone, they wanted a crazy deposit and so the young redhead fella (sorry I forget his name) said \ here's what I can do for you\ (walked over unplugged his charging phone and said) Here take this (his personal phone) and set her up with a plan and everything......0.. There are a few good people left! And this young man did more then earn his wages for the kindness and generosity he gave to my girlfriend!! Koodos to you Justin Krimme! Humanity and compassion for the win! You are the kind of person this world can learn a couple lessons from!
Stephen is knowledgeable friendly and extremely courteous. He answered all our questions and helped us make the best choice for our family 's needs. Great customer service and attention to detail. This young man deserves a promotion. The store is small but well maintained and stocked and gave us a chance to view a number of options. I would recommend this store.
