I used Aquascapes for 3 months before letting them go. They never returned my voicemails, e-mails or called me back when they said they would. On at least one occasion they didn't even service the pool and never left a note or called to explain why. Worst of all, they couldn't keep the pool clean and never gave me a reason for this either. While the owner Shawn and the receptionist were always very nice, and Shawn in particular was very informative, the complete lack of communication was unacceptable to me.

I have dealt with Aquascapes plenty of times over the past several years. I have purchased thousands of dollars of parts and chemicals here, and at least 3 different pool covers over the years. My last experience with Aquascapes, and I do mean my LAST was less than satisfactory. I was quoted a price for a winter cover, and when it arrived I was billed nearly double what the quote was. With the fall season upon us, I wanted to get the pool closed so I paid the ridiculous price. I was told by the individual who works the store front that it must be a mistake and she would figure things out and contact me. I waited a few weeks before I started emailing to inquire where my rebate was. I have since sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail that have been completely ignored. Do yourself a favor, unless you are looking for absolutley terrible customer service, flat out LIES and you feel like paying twice the quoted price... Shop somewhere else. This place will never see another cent of my money.
